Selling Strategy

It took a combination of strategies to obtain the desired sale price for this property.  Many similar priced properties were forced to drop the price to attract Buyers.  We took the property of the market for a two week span and relisting at the same price with depleted competition. The decrease in listings and our new marketing efforts allowed our property shine, we attracted a second wave of showings which led to a successful sale.
