Buying Strategy

Buyers were able to take advantage of an inventory surplus. The week my clients purchase we saw an an unusually large number of listings on the market in my Buyers price range and desired location.  This spike in inventory spread would be Buyers out over numerous properties and allowed my clients to purchase for a great price when no other Buyers showed up to the Sellers requested offer night.
